Frequently asked questions

I haven't set up automatic payments. How do I cancel an automatic payment I have with maxisignals.com?

First of all, in order to avoid misunderstanding, it is strongly recommended to read the Terms and Conditions. They read the following:

The User automatically agrees that on paying via PayPal or credit/debit card, the automatic rebilling option is enabled, which means that each time the subscription expires it is going to be automatically extended and the User is going to pay for it automatically through rebilling. The User can disable this option if necessary.

If you somehow ignored our recommendation, you can still cancel the payment by following the instruction below given by PayPal:

On signal delivery I can see a price which I cannot find in my trading terminal at the moment. Why?

The thing is that the quotes in your trading terminal may differ from ours a bit. This has to do with the fact that brokers work with various liquidity providers with different quoting. At the same time, some of them include the spread while others don’t.

Still, this shouldn’t distract you from trading since despite the difference in quoting, the price tends to move in the same direction. Your goal is to get the signal and open at the current market price in the same direction (unless the price has gone to far away from the entry point) and with the same expiry time. We do not provide scalping signals, which is why the space is almost always enough to reduce this difference to nothing and get the same results that we do.

What is the lifetime of my subscription?

Your monthly subscription will expire on the same day of the next month. For example, if you purchased your subscription on March 15th, it will expire on April 15th.

Your annual subscription will expire on the same day of the next year. For example, if you purchased your subscription on March 15th, 2015, it will expire on March 15th, 2016.
